We’ve been dying to talk about Legally Blonde since we started #GirlsTalk, can you think of a better movie that simply shows what a femenine woman can do?
Women have been suffering for years from all the stereotypes that say that if you’re a femenine woman immediately means you’re weak, or if you like makeup or pink you’re not smart. We can assure right away that we might dress in prints and yellow all day, and it has nothing to do with our capacities. On the contrary, it’s a way of expressing where we have been, who we are and what we believe in.
So, how couldn’t we love a movie that proves that a woman can like to go shopping and still be a badass smart lady? It has been literally 20 years since Legally Blonde came out, and we’ll say one more time:
If someone doubts of your potential, remember to always say: I object!
-You got into Harvard Law?
-What, like it’s hard?
You have seen it in a meme at least. One of the most iconic quotes ever, and we simply can’t forget watching Elle telling Warner that she made it to Harvard Law School without his help, because…what, like it’s hard?

It’s called the "Bend & Snap"
Can we even talk about Legally Blonde without mentioning at least once the famous move? Paulette would never forgive us! We do have to admit that we have never tried it before, but we’re pretty sure it works. Have you practiced your own Bend & Snap? Because this is the sign you have been waiting for, have fun and enjoy yourself. Btw, did you know the writers came out with this scene while drunk in a bar? LOL, fabulous.
If you're going to let one stupid prick ruin your life, you're not the girl I thought you were.
She probably appears in only 5 minutes of the movie but Professor Elspeth Stromwell is truly iconic everytime. She gave us the realness and toughness we all craved, that’s a true mentor. When Elle was about to quit Law School, she reminded her that no man should ever stand in her way.

Passion is a key ingredient to the study and practice of law...and of life.
You might wonder why we talk about Carrie Bradshaw and Elle Woods so much, they’re great characters to remind ourselves what a single, working and passionate woman can do. Plus, a great wake-up-call for you to know that no matter what you do, do it with passion and never settle for less than what you deserve.
It is with passion, courage of conviction, and strong sense of self that we take our next steps into the world
The world is hard enough as it is, staying true to yourself is the only way around. So as Elle Woods graduation’s speech: Have faith in yourself, remember that first impressions are not always correct and most important of all, never forget your worth.
Finally, if you’re wondering what it means to be independent and fabulous, let us give you an example:
