Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.

Yes, once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a notification email from us that includes your shipping company tracking number.

Can I change my delivery address once my order is placed?

No. You cannot change any details of the request, including the delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order cannot be canceled once accepted by our website.

How does local shipping work? (Colombia)

Our orders are sent by Coordinadora and Servientrega. For local shipping (Colombia) we have a delivery time of 7 business days, although most times are within 2 to 3 days. These times do not apply when there are sale items or special events.

How does international shipping work? (All over the world)

Our orders are shipped by Fedex. We have a delivery time of 8 to 10 business days, time may vary if the package is detained by customs. These hours do not apply when there are sale items or special events.

What happens if the package arrives and I'm not at home?

We strongly recommend that you track your package, when it is delivered, Pineapples is not responsible for it.

Return and exchange policies

-Returns are only accepted within 15 days of receiving domestic and international orders.

-Any product purchased at a discount is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.

-Some products, due to their conditions of use, have no change, currently face masks and bodysuits.

-Our custom dresses are created with specific measurements and designs, so they cannot be changed.

-If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in exchange for Pineapples credit for the same amount, or exchange it for another item of equal or greater value available in the virtual store. In the latter case, you must contribute the difference.

-Items MUST NOT have been used, altered or damaged and must have all TAGS attached and original packaging.

-Please try on the clothes carefully, we will not receive any products that are damaged or with makeup stains. It will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition.

-Before your order goes out, our team reviews it carefully. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately.

-Exchanged items will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved for exchange.

-If you wish to exchange a product, you must go to our website and look for the Returns and Exchanges section, and follow the instructions. Then, we will give you an address to send the package by prepaid method, that is, you must bear the shipping cost. We recommend using an insured and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
