RETURNS Return & Exchange Policy -Returns are only accepted within 15 days of receiving domestic and international orders. -Any product purchased with a discount is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged -Some products, due to their conditions of use, have no change, currently the face masks and bodies. -Our custom made dresses are created with specific measures and design, therefore they can’t be exchanged. -If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for Pineapples credit of the same amount, or exchange it for another article of the same or higher value available in the website store. In the last case, you will have to pay for the difference. -Items MUST HAVE NOT been worn, altered or damaged and with all TAGS attached and original packaging. -Please try the clothes carefully, we will not receive any product that is damaged or with makeup stinks. It will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition. -Before your order leaves, our team carefully checks your order. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately. -Exchanged items will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved for exchange. -If you want to exchange a product, you have to go to our website and find the Return & Exchange section and follow the instructions. Then, we will give you an address to send the package via prepaid method, it means, the cost of the delivery is on you. We recommend using an insured and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
