Don’t worry then, we’re coming to the rescue and bringing you the best movies to watch with your girlfriends! Get ready to cry, smile, sigh or appreciate your friendship even more.
Someone Great
You’re gonna love everything about this movie! From Lizzo’s and Jessie J discography all around, the “Latina AF” t-shirt Gina Rodriguez wears ‘til the super fun cast of three women finding their own truth. Believe us, these leading ladies were a match made in heaven, but beyond that, you’ll enjoy your next hour and a half with a movie that truly represents what we feel after a break-up or when we feel lost.
John Tucker must die
This romantic comedy is the fun teenage drama we all crave sometimes. A movie about three girls that realized they’re all dating the same asshole, and guess what? He has pledged they’re all the one. So, bring the popcorn because this hilarious movie will make you laugh so much with the revenge plan the girls are having.
To All the Boys: Always and Forever
The last part of the famous rom-com trilogy and we can’t be more in love with the young love of Peter Kavinsky and Lara Jean. You probably have watched the last two statements, but this movie is by far a more mature lookout just simply by having a Lara Jean making choices by herself and not for other people. A truly great example for us to remember that the first love of your life is always yourself.
Booksmart
We can’t tell you enough how much you’re gonna love this movie, so, leave aside dramas like Malcom & Marie and Pieces of a Woman (if you haven’t watched them, what are you waiting for? lol), and get to know Amy and Molly. Are you wondering why this movie is perfect for the weekend? Because it talks about the importance of having a break, yes, work hard but remember to have fun on the way. Btw, it’s also a great reminder that no matter what, you’re a #GirlBoss.
Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants
We have to finish our list with a true classic and one of the best movies to celebrate girlfriends. The movie follows the life of four best friends who are going through different situations but supporting each other no matter what, and wearing…you guessed well, a pair of pants that fit all of them.
